We ship all orders using USPS Priority Mail (including orders sent to APO/FPO addresses). Most orders will ship in 3-5 business days after confirmation of payment is received. Orders will be filled and processed within 3-5 business days unless an item is not in stock. We will hold your order until all items are available, to help you save on shipping costs; please allow an extra 3 to 7 days if an item is not in stock. We will notify you by e-mail what your approx. shipping date will be. Please be aware that the Christmas Holiday Season is a VERY busy time for us. It is highly suggested that all holiday orders be made before the end of November to ensure that your merchandise can be shipped early enough to arrive on time. All orders are filled on a "first come, first serve" basis. Our busiest time frames are during the Hawaiian Merrie Monarch Festival (a National Hula Competition dated in late March to mid April) and the U.S. Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year Holidays. Remember, we are not responsible for any delays in the mail delivery system.

Confirmation of Delivery:
You will be charged the fee for USPS Confirmation Delivery on all Out of State orders as well as larger orders made within our state.

Shipping to a Different Address or Person:
We will mail your order to you, your home, your office, or to another persons home or office as requested. If your order is sent as a gift to another person, we will include a free "gift note" with a description of items enclosed (no prices enclosed). Please inform us on your email if you are sending your order as a gift. Please include the recipient's name and mailing information. If you wish to have a special message added to your gift note (Happy Birthday!, etc.) please let us know exactly what you'd like to have written in your email.

Customs Forms:
For orders with a non-U.S. destination, we will fill out the appropriate customs form and attach it to your package. We are not responsible for any delays in mail once the package is out of our hands. We are not responsible for packages held by customs and/or border officials. We are not responsible for any orders rejected by customs and/or border officials. Payment of any duty or tax will be the sole responsibility of the recipient.
